Core Account Settings on master69
When you log into master69, your Account Settings dashboard displays in the main menu. The page is organized into tabs or sections: Profile, Security, Payment Methods, Limits & Preferences, Transaction History, and Promotions. Each section handles a specific aspect of your account.
Profile & Identity Verification
Your profile section holds your registered name, email, phone number, and date of birth. During sign-up, you provide basic details; Account Settings lets you update your email and phone anytime. Changes to your name or date of birth require manual verification by our compliance team—submit a request, and we review it within one business day.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal on master69. You upload a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and a proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within 3 months). The verification process is automated; most accounts clear within a few hours. If our system flags your submission for manual review, you'll receive an email explaining what additional information is needed.

Payment Methods & Withdrawal Setup
Master69 accepts deposits and withdrawals via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, Mandini, local payment, online payment). In the Payment Methods section, you add, edit, or remove linked accounts. To add a payment method, enter your wallet ID or bank details, and our system verifies the connection. Verification typically takes a few minutes; you'll see a confirmation once it completes.
You can link multiple payment methods to your master69 account, but you can only withdraw to a method that matches your original deposit source. For example, if you deposited via e-wallet, your first withdrawal must return to the same mobile banking account. After your first verified withdrawal, subsequent withdrawals can use a different linked method on file.
When you request a withdrawal, master69 applies standard checks: account verification status, transaction history review, and fraud screening. Most withdrawals complete within one business day. Withdrawals to local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking typically settle within a few hours. Bank transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) depend on inter-bank processing times but generally clear by the next business day.
Security Settings & Two-Factor Authentication
Your master69 Security section lets you change your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA), and manage active sessions. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA: when enabled, logging in requires your password plus a one-time code sent to your registered email or phone.
Active Sessions shows all devices currently logged into your account. You can review the device type, location (city-level), and login timestamp for each session. If you see a session you do not recognize, you can terminate it immediately from Account Settings. After terminating a session, that device will be logged out on next page load.
Password changes on master69 take effect immediately. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. We do not store your password in plain text; all accounts use encrypted password storage.
Game Limits & Session Preferences
Master69 lets you set personal limits on deposits, losses, and session duration. In the Limits & Preferences section, you can set:
- Daily account preferences: A maximum amount you can deposit in a calendar day (Jakarta time, UTC+7). Once you reach this limit, you cannot deposit further until the next day.
- Monthly loss limit: A cap on net losses per calendar month. If your account reaches this threshold, deposits and play are suspended until the month resets.
- Session duration: An automatic logout timer (e.g., log out after subject to verification of inactivity).
- Game category exclusions: Opt out of specific game types (e.g., disable live-dealer tables while keeping slots enabled) so you cannot access those games from your account.
These limits are enforceable on master69: if you set a daily account preferences of our welcome offer and attempt to deposit our welcome offer, the system rejects the excess, and you can only deposit the remaining our welcome offer. Limits are self-imposed tools to help manage your account activity.

Transaction History & Account Activity
The Transaction History section displays all your deposits, withdrawals, and game activity on master69. You can filter by date range, transaction type (deposit / withdrawal / play), or game category (live tables, slots, sportsbook). Each transaction shows the amount, timestamp, status (completed / pending / declined), and relevant game or method details.
Deposits and withdrawals also display a reference number; use this when contacting support if you have questions about a specific transaction. Your activity log is stored permanently on master69, so you can audit your account history anytime.
Promotions & Bonus Tracking
The Promotions tab shows all active and past bonus offers available to your account. You can view promotion details (terms, playthrough requirement, expiry date), track your bonus progress in real time, and see when bonuses convert to real balance.
If a reload promotion applies to your next deposit—for example, during a weekend reload on master69 around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha—it displays here with full terms before you deposit. Once you deposit and the bonus credits, you see a progress bar showing remaining playthrough required before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Notification Preferences
Master69 allows you to customize how and when you receive notifications. You can enable or disable email alerts for deposits, withdrawals, login attempts, promotion launches, and important account changes. Push notifications (if you use the master69 app) can be toggled separately.
By default, master69 sends you critical security alerts (login from new device, password change, 2FA enabled) regardless of preference. You cannot disable these for account safety. All other notifications respect your settings.
